We strive to deliver your gadgets promptly. Shipping times vary by location (Inside Dhaka: 1-3 days, Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before finalizing your order.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products. To eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with a valid proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
5. User Responsibility
